Please read these Terms of Use before using Receipt. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Receipt lets you scan and organize physical receipts and store your loyalty and membership cards for use at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of any details you edit or enter, and for keeping your device and account secure.

You retain ownership of the receipt photos, extracted data, and card information you add to the app ("your content"). You grant us permission to store and process your content solely to provide the app's features to you — displaying your receipts and cards, extracting receipt details, and enabling card sharing.

The card-sharing feature lets you share loyalty card details with another user by their user ID. You are solely responsible for confirming you are sharing with the intended recipient before confirming a share. Once confirmed, we are not responsible for how the recipient uses the shared card details.

You agree not to:

Receipt details (retailer, date, total, and similar fields) are extracted automatically from your receipt photos and may contain errors. Always review and correct extracted details before relying on them, particularly for expense reporting, budgeting, or reimbursement purposes.

We aim to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on extracted receipt data or the card-sharing feature.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
