3. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the app. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • Postbase: our backend provider, which hosts account sign-in, study content, push-token records and the Contact us email.

We keep account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the account and the data saved to it. Messages you send us may be kept for as long as needed to deal with your request. Information held by Google, Apple or other providers follows their own policies. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or use Settings > Reset app.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Complaints: contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): https://www.oaic.gov.au

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
